YOGA

Strong, Dynamic and Fluid. Power from the breath carries the practice. In this class you can expect a fluid connection between breath and movement that focuses on strengthening and finishes with a stretch for your entire body.

In this class you’ll move through a gentle vinyasa flow with focus on form, stability, and breath.

A chill version of Flow 1- with a slower pace to allow for more stretching and longer holds in poses.
STRENGTH

In this class you will be working through rounds of strength training with weights and bursts of cardio in a circuit style class. Prepare to be challenged! There will also be room for modifications/ non-weight options so please check in with the teacher before class should you need additional options available to you.

Yoga Sculpt is an energetic practice that combines strength training, endurance and yoga to create a full mind and body workout!! Expect a combination between a high energy HIIT workout balanced out by the intentional aspects that yoga offers to create more mind body awareness. Modification will be offered throughout so the practice will still meet you where you're at!

Set to a killer playlist- this 45 minute ballet inspired class will utilize light weights, resistance bands, and other props to sculpt your muscles with low impact, isometric movements.
After a mat based warm up, you will head to the ballet barre to strengthen and tone your calves, thighs, glutes, and arms.
Further mat work may include additional strengthening for the hips, abdominals, and spine.

45 minutes of a traditional Pilates mat exercises to strengthen your core, lengthen and tone your muscles, at get your breath flowing.

Mat Pilates with a higher level of intensity, upbeat music, and infrared heat to warm the room to 85 degrees will have you glistening with sweat!

If you are taking a yoga class- bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.
For fitness classes, indoor sneakers are optional, plus a yoga mat, towel, and water.
Here for boxing? Bring your own wraps and gloves if you have them, plus indoor sneakers (optional). If you don’t own gloves, you can borrow ours.

Yes! Please plan to be 5-10 minutes early for class. This will give you time to settle into the space and allow you ample time to gather any props/weights needed for class that day.
