YOGA

  • One of our OG classes.. This class is geared around refinement of foundational yoga postures and transitions. This class will move at a slower pace allowing time for exploration and the chance to “get a feel for the flow”. Please note, just because we are moving at a slow pace doesn't mean it's super easy. We will encourage and explore ways to activate in traditional yoga poses and emphasize connection to your breath and movement.

  • Strong, Dynamic and Fluid. Power from the breath carries the practice.  In this class you can expect a fluid connection between breath and movement that focuses on strengthening and finishes with a stretch for your entire body.

  • In this Kundalini yoga class, you will be guided through a complete yogic practice beginning with a physical yoga set (kriya) that will get your blood pumping, body stretched, and breath expanded. Followed by a deep relaxation and meditation. May also include mantra recitation either verbally or mentally.

Enjoy the best of both worlds as you strengthen the physical body and flow into a meditative state to restore the nervous system and heal the mind.

  • In this class you’ll move through a dynamic vinyasa flow designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Expect creative sequencing that links breath with movement to energize the body and calm the mind. All levels are welcome — modifications and progressions will be offered,

After a mat based warm up, you will head to the ballet barre to strengthen and tone your calves, thighs, glutes, and arms.

Further mat work may include additional strengthening for the hips, abdominals, and spine.

  • In this class you will be working through rounds of strength training with weights and bursts of cardio in a circuit style class. Prepare to be challenged! There will also be room for modifications/ non-weight options so please check in with the teacher before class should you need additional options available to you.

The infrared heat helps to warm up muscles, increase flexibility, and allow for deeper stretches, making it a great way to strengthen core muscles and improve range of motion.

It's a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed on a mat, often with music, and typically includes a combination of core work, squats, lunges, and other Pilates-based movements.
